ADVERTISING TO OUT-OF-STATE REAL ESTATE BUYERS
For the same amount of money spent on a local ad, real estate agents can reach over 30,000 affluent out-of-state buyers each month by subscribing to Charleston HomeReview.

"A subscription to Charleston HomeReview gives a realtor immediate access to out-of-state buyers looking for Charleston lifestyle properties," says Latham Jenkins, president of parent company Circumerro Incorporated. "Our publication acts like a travel guide, with information on local market reports, recreational activities, neighborhood character, health care and more.”
A subscription costs as little as $250 a month and includes online listings for three websites: CharlestonHomeReview.com, NYTimes.com, and RealEstateJournal.com, the Wall Street Journal’s online real estate guide. Subscribers receive immediate online access. The print edition of Charleston HomeReview is published six times a year, with 3,000 copies per issue directly mailed to prospective high-end buyers. It covers listings from Dewees Island to Edisto.
“We have had countless inquires as a direct result of our advertising with Charleston HomeReview,” says Chris Walters with Fairfield Ocean Ridge Realty on Edisto Island. “I am finding that Charleston HomeReview is reaching out-of-state buyers very effectively, which is something we have had trouble doing.”
Liza Senter with Wild Dunes Real Estate also praises the company. “Charleston HomeReview is an excellent, high-quality publication with standards that raise the entire industry’s level of expectations for real estate advertising,” she says.
Chrissie Batten heads up the local Charleston HomeReview office in Mount Pleasant as Sales Director, while Brian Tierney oversees Charleston, Hilton Head and Beaufort as the Regional Marketing Director.
“The Charleston real estate market has primarily been a local one throughout the years, but that's now changing. Baby boomers are reaching retirement age and want to make a move from the North to the South,” Tierney says. “One of
the realtors who subscribed with us sold three homes in the first six months using our website listings, just proving what we already knew: eight out of 10 people research online before they ever call a realtor.”
