New Logo for the Teton Literacy Program
Posted on 02/20/2009 by CircBloggerAt Circumerro Media, we believe giving back to our community is more than a good deed; it’s our responsibility. So, we help out local non-profits and organizations from time to time when our creative skills can be put to service. We recently aided the Teton Literacy Program in creating a logo for an new fundraiser they are organizing. The Teton Literacy Program “provides literacy education and resources to open doors for individuals and families to achieve their personal, professional and academic goals.”
The three branches of the local non-profit include: adult programs, children’s programs and La Puerta Abierta Family Literacy. In addition to the broad range of adult and children’s programs, TLP serves Jackson by catering to the multilingual nature of our resort community. Spanish speakers and a diverse cross section of other individuals on foreign work-exchange programs all benefit immensely from the organization’s efforts, not to mention native English speakers working on picking up a second language.
The 1st annual ‘Ascent for Literacy’ Ski-a-Thon on March 14th at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is set to raise funds for the many valuable classes, services and resources offered by TLP. Check out the logo and if you are in Jackson, sign up to ski for a good cause.
